What You Will Do:
As the Associate Director of Business Development at 33 Finance, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our business within the card and payment industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
New Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the prepaid card and payment sectors.
- Utilize your in-depth understanding of client business drivers to identify and pursue opportunities to grow and secure new business.
Sales Process Management:
- Actively manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including credentials pitch, overcoming objections, negotiations, and closing.
Client Management:
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure high retention levels through exceptional service experiences.
- Manage and align clients’ expectations of service standards.
Client Onboarding:
- Handle initial client contact and assist clients through the onboarding process.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Act as a self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and demonstrates a positive approach to work with a determination to achieve targets.
Leadership:
- Help to build and lead a strong business development team to deliver tangible results.
Revenue Management:
- Maintain and improve existing revenue streams and develop new revenue streams.
- Achieve individual and business targets and provide quality customer services.
Team Cooperation:
- Cooperate and maintain effective communications among team members and other stakeholders.
Who You Are:
Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 8 years of business development experience in the card and payment industry, with a proven ability to deliver sales targets.
- Track Record: A successful track record of closing opportunities, both in new business and renewals.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in all forms, including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Capable of hands-on problem-solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.
- Outstanding customer focus and a commitment to providing top-tier service.
