We regret to inform you that the Top Up Service for 33 Finance Prepaid Cards at Circle K and 7-Eleven convenience stores in Hong Kong will be temporarily suspended starting from 31 December 2023 (23:59) until further notice. We anticipate resuming the service in the near future and will provide an update with the exact date in due course.

During this suspension period, if you need to top up your prepaid cards, we kindly request that you transfer the deposit amount using the following channels:
