    • Purchase by cash
      • You may purchase 373 MasterCard Prepaid cards over the counter at:
        (1) Room 2001, Tower 1, China Hong Kong City, 33 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
        (2) Circle K Convenience Stores (Gift Card only)
    • Pay with bank transfer or cheque
      • You can transfer your payment through ATM, or bank in by cheque to the following banks:
        (1) Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited
        (2) China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited
        You may collect your cards directly after we acknowledge received your fund. By cheque payment, two days of cheque clearing are required to activate your card.
    • Pre-purchase via phone
      1. For inquiries and reservations, please call our Customer Service Hotline at 3900-9888 to confirm the number of purchase orders (Each customer can purchase two Personal cards, and Gift cards purchase maximum collective amount 25,000), payment method and your contact information.
      2. After the payment is settled (within 3 working days), you may collect your cards at our office with receipt, completed application form, identity and address proof document (Applicable to Personal card).

Card holders can obtain new cards, if damaged, at our company address, during normal working hours. Card holders will have to provide their correct password for requesting a new card. If Gift Cards have malfunctioned due to reasons other than the fault of the Cardholder, the company will issue new cards free of charge and the damaged cards will be collected. If the cards are damaged due to the fault of the holder, a HKD$80.00 handling fee will be charged for a replacement card. The company will then collect the damaged card, once the new card has been issued.
